  1. Bought it in Tokyo years ago, was so glad to find it, with this singalong version of Thinking of you ! Great great album, probably the best Terry Hall ever recorder (even if I like very much The Specials and FB3's Waiting).
  2. Great cover ! Next Lamontagne's album also very good. I like this guy.
  3. When you look at boys and German girl were also very good. Never really could enjoyed the other ones on the album, but I haven't listened to it for ages !
  4. Listened to Me and a monkey on the Moon for the first time for years, the other day. Great record, sadly underrated, IMHO...
  5. Only watched a part of the electric set, for the moment
  6. Have received the dvd yesterday, Paul. Thanks a million ! Looks great !
  7. Little too Nick Cave, maybe... Well, less than The False husband, obviously (more precisely, The False husband is half Cave, half Tindersticks, but Lanegan is not Cave or Staples...).
  8. Screaming Trees, Vaselines... Isobel has a new crush on 'unsung cult heroes' from the late 80's or what ? I read that she just hasn't never heard of Lanegan before someone (can't remember who...) suggested his name to her. Strange...
  9. Isobel Campbell & Mark Lanegan - Honey child what can I do ? Too bad there's no more duets like this one on the album... Ballad of the broken seas is still really good but I think it could have been even better.
  10. This is the last song he wrote, think we should hear a great lot about it !
  11. Arthur is ok, I guess, but I never felt enthusiastic about him. Gonzalez' strange singing makes me think of Watt, precisely.
  12. dunno how to do them. Like this you bif http://s52.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=02TOMCG...Q913VNHDA9T7NFW Tis a nice tune Very nice of you Lee seems to almost caricature himself... funny
  13. Lekman & Hazelwood... that sounds great ! Would you mind to share it with us ?
  14. He's great, yes. His Veneer album was one of the best of the last few years. A lot of reviews refer to Nick Darke about him. Sure there's something in common. But, most of all, Veneer makes me strongly think of the beautiful Ben Watt's solo album, North marine drive, recorded before EBTG. Anyone knows this one (1982 or 1983) ?...
