The fact that Lyla is completely mental makes her even more attractive to me...
Yeah. Although the fact that she's dead is a bit of a turn-off.

On a similar topic, Samo and I were discussing whether or not Sookie in True Blood employs a tit double for the nude scenes...

For the record - we both think she does.

Is it any good Gav? The show, not the tit double.

PS: Is the tit double any good?

I saw an episode of 'Enders with the volume down in the pub a couple of months back. It was gratifying to see Phil back on the sauce and still looking like a disgruntled Weetabiz. His skin looks like the inside of a pork pie.

Just watched an episode of The Take on Sky. It was very slick but frightening devoid of heart. The protagonists are all complete cunts and even the most sympathetic character is a drug-dealing spiv. Nasty, soulless TV.

Neil Young - Don't be Denied

Just watched the BBC4 doc - a legend
Was good this. I stayed up and watched Springsteen at the Superbowl later that evening. Two legends. Both very different but also very similar.

Can't see Neil Young ever going in for knee skids.

A mate saw him in Dublin on Sunday & thought he was brilliant. It was an almost entirely electric set ( which he loved but dident please eveyone).

He said he looked ,as always, shambolic, but the guitar playing was out of this world.

Only disapointment was that he dident do Southern Man .

As for knee skids, the way he was shuffling round stage, if he'd sat down he probably wouldent have got up again.

I thought Jimmy Smits was great in Dexter Season 3. Hadn't seen him since LA Law, which I remember my parents watching when I was wee.

Enjoying watching Celeb Masterchef too, I love the cookery shows 'cause I'm a fat bastard. Find it hard watching John Torode though, he always looks really slimy.

Been watching the first series of Upright Citizens Brigade, a 90s American sketch show I downloaded. Only seen 4 or 5 so far, but I've been really enjoying it:

Also downloaded series 3 of The Apprentice 'cause we missed it when we were away travelling.

My Virgin broadband got upped to 10 mb from 2 mb free of charge. Well chuffed with that. They had already upped it to 2 mb from 0.5 mb for nothing! Happy days :)

Yeah, good actor Jimmy Smits. He was good in the West Wing and genuinely frightening in Dexter.
