Thought I was sleeping, it was just a dream
An ally cat chewing on dead leaves
In the morning

I don't give a shit about lyrics if the tune is good though..... Must be somrthing to do with liking New Order.

Talkin singles - me mate bob from Rugby phoned me yesterday - told me he'd dug out a DAT tape (not Waterpistol) of his old bands tunes. They haven't bothered for over 10yrs. He got in touch with his old band mate - who decided to lash it on the internet. Out of nowhere some US label have picked it up and are showing interest...He sent me a link...I'll bang it on here in a minute - the tunes alright (Bunnymen, Joy Division, and I hate to say it Depeche mode influenced)....Autez Cray there were called, play a few times in the smoke, just a gang of lads having a laugh....

Autez Cray

Click on the band on the front page and give it a listen

New Order were awful on Johnny Ross last night....Barneys dancing was shit, Jonathan Ross is a tosser

Timebox - Baked Jam Roll In Your Eye

Taken from an excellent little compilation entitled British Psychedelia 1966 1969. If anyone is interested It's in my shares on Soulseek (which seems to be back to it's old self at last) best one I've heard so far.

Yeah, the sound was all over the shop wasn't it.... Wasn't into that Ana Matronix's growl either.... Shame, cos I love the single. Quite liked Barney's dancing, I was pissing myself when he was doing that 'locomation' style running....

Jonathan Ross is a complete tosser, I used to think he was OK, but he is fucking nauseating!

The best single around now is...

'forever lost' by the magic numbers,

closely followed by the coral, and, dare i say it,

'feel good inc' gorillaz - something intangible about it that just gets me....
